Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, the following is understood:

Purposes of the Personal Data Collected.

The personal data we collect directly when you yourself provide it to us through various means, such as when you contract with us for the acquisition of a property. You have the right to access the personal data we hold, to details regarding its processing, to rectification in case it is inaccurate or incomplete, to cancellation when you consider it is not necessary for any of the purposes contained in this Privacy Notice, that it is being used for purposes for which you have not consented, and finally, to object to the processing of such data for specific purposes, which you must clearly express ( “ARCO” rights).

To exercise your ARCO Rights, you may request the forms directly from our personal data department. In these forms, you will find the steps to follow to exercise your rights.

Once your request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition regarding your personal data has been submitted, and if your petition is appropriate, the Data Controller will respond to your request within the timeframes established by law, through the physical or electronic means you authorize in your request.

The timeframe for responding to your request will be a maximum of twenty business days from the date of receipt of your request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition. We inform you that the Federal Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data is responsible for safeguarding your ARCO rights and for regulating and verifying compliance with the Law.

In accordance with Article 22 of the Law, you may revoke at any time the consent you have provided for the processing of your personal data, so that we cease to use it. To do so, you must submit your request as described in this notice under “Contact.” Your request must include your full name (first and last name(s)), a photocopy of your official identification or, for electronic means, a digitized version thereof (scan), the email address or physical address you designate for notifications, and a contact phone number. Within a maximum of twenty business days from the date of receipt of your revocation request, we will respond regarding its validity, sending the response to the email address you indicated in the request or by mail to the physical address you indicated for this purpose (the twenty days will be considered fulfilled upon delivery of the document to the postal service).
